A really good sexual position for both men and women is one called the split level position.

This position is a bit like the missionary position with the woman on her back with legs open. However it differs in that the woman wraps her legs around the man's waist and he kneels up a bit. This position is actually fairly common as most couples do it like this without realizing it as a natural progression from the missionary position when the guy kneels up and wraps his partners legs around him.

The man is obviously in a very dominant position which is a turn on for him. He can control the speed and depth of his penetration and is more likely to reach an orgasm in this position.
